On the evening of 28th April it finally rained heavy – only a short storm but complete with wind, thunder and lightning! It was great to hear it hitting our cabin!

Today we have our first day rains and it shows the season has finally turned.

It is amazing to see how the jungle plants are already responding to what water they have had. Leaves and branches are looking stronger already.
