Dusting off the blog with a short video of the journey along the Cardamom Mountains along the Cambodia/Thailand border. 95km which took 7 hours, sometimes tough off road hills with either sand or rocks. Did this trip at the end of January, early Feb 2021.

An amazing trip that was a test of skill and endurance on this section. Fantastic views, military checkpoints, real wilderness that is getting harder to find as road building opens up these remote areas in Cambodia. So glad I got to see this in its current natural state.
Koh Kong is a lovely beach front area, still also difficult for people to reach which means it has kept it’s old world charm for now. Young, Wild, and Free was the guest house/beach accommodation, a great place if you are every down that way. Right on the beach with those beautiful huts to sleep in listening to the sound of the ocean. Perfect setting after a long day on the motorbike.
Cheers to Dean for the company and for persuading me to take the more adventurous route to Koh Kong!
I will try to get more videos or stories up to show off Cambodia – It will help with lockdown fever!
Cheers, Adventurer!
